1 year warranty
Every Voltiva device is covered for twelve months from the delivery date against manufacturing defects. Keep your order number handy and contact us; we will repair or replace the item at no cost.
7 days replacement
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a pickup and send a replacement.
What is not covered
- Physical damage, water damage beyond the stated rating, or misuse
- Normal wear on straps, ear tips and cables
- Items repaired or opened by anyone other than us
