How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 2 to 4 working days. You will get a tracking link by email and message as soon as your parcel ships.
Is delivery really free?
Delivery is free on prepaid orders above the free-shipping amount shown in your cart. Cash on delivery orders may carry a small handling fee.
What does the 1 year warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects and faults that appear in normal use. Contact us with your order number and we will repair or replace the item.
Can I return or replace an item?
Yes. If something arrives faulty or not as described, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement.
Are the products original?
Yes. Every item is sourced from the brand or its authorized distributor and comes with its own warranty card.
